TARIFF

We want our guests to feel this is a special place to stay so we will only take a booking for one room unless the second is required for family or friends.

Room rate per night based on two sharing - including breakfast of your choice.

Double/Twin from £65.00 per room per night

Reductions for stays of 3 or more nights

Single occupancy from £40 per night (when available)

Minimum two night stay at weekends from Easter to mid September

Child discounts

Children 0-2 years free

Children 2-6 (in own room) £25.00 per night

Deposit

A cheque or paypal deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking

Payment

We do not have credit card facilities so payment by cash or cheque is required.

Cancellations

21? days or more before your stay = full refund of your deposit

1-6 days before = refundable if the room is re-let

Please ensure we have your full address to process any refund

• Travel cot and high chair available, on request
• Pets, by arrangement, but must sleep in owners car (our own house dogs are Shadow, a labrador/collie cross and Tarka, a working cocker spaniel, both bitches)
• This is a non-smoking house
